Temp to Hire Approach
This position begins on a temporary basis through Adecco Staffing with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This approach allows both you and the company an opportunity to ensure a strong mutual fit before making a long-term commitment. We’re seeking reliable individuals who can grow with the role and make meaningful contributions to our team.
Process After 60 days of satisfactory performance and attendance, you may be eligible for consideration for direct hire conversion.
GENERAL PURPOSE
An Operations Technician is part of our pay for skills program and allows individuals to continue to build skills providing opportunity to increase their compensation. As an entry level Operations Technician, you will assemble products and/or related parts in a manufacturing setting at a standard rate of work based on customer demand and lean manufacturing principles to satisfy the customer and to provide high quality products delivered in a timely manner. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Cross-training in other departments to learn additional functions is required.
