This fully remote role is tailored for a Senior Associate or Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) ready to take the lead in managing sophisticated cases involving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Declarations of Disclosure with precision
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents with a strategic lens
• Provide seasoned legal counsel to elite clientele
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
• Interpret and manage complex financial records
• Maintain meticulous client files and case documentation
• Supervise and mentor two Family Law Attorneys

Qualifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
• 5+ yrs experience of focused family law experience
• CFLS certification is highly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in family law statutes and complex financial arrangements
• Prior experience advising HNW/UHNW clients

Location:

• Remote-first role with occasional travel to Bay Area hearings

Salary Range:

• $175,000 - $325,000+ based on experience and credentials
