What You'll Do:
As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will be at the forefront of clinical leadership, working closely with executive and HR teams to enhance the patient and employee experience. Your role will involve:
Overseeing nursing operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Collaborating with senior leadership to improve staffing ratios and overall team effectiveness.
Supporting the professional development of nursing staff through training programs and mentorship.
Managing hospital budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.
Working alongside respiratory and rehabilitation teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a leader who is resourceful, innovative, and committed to patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Required).
A Master's in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent healthcare-related master's degree, or current enrollment in a master's program (Required).
Three to five years of hospital nursing experience (Required).
Three or more years of managerial or supervisory experience (Preferred).
Current RN license (Required).
BLS certification (Required).
ACLS certification (Required within six months of hire).
Experience with ventilators, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET tubes, and wound care (Preferred).
