As a Creative Director, you’re a multi-talented creative and strategic thinker who concepts, creates, and produces high-quality work that is relevant to the brand and compelling to the target audience. You have advanced skills in idea generation and design at an omnichannel level as well as motivating a team to get work done. You’ll successfully cross collaborate across internal creative and account service teams as well as clients and external partners.


  • Generate campaigns and ideas that are on-strategy for the brand and can live at an omnichannel level
  • Create compelling concepts and designs for print and broadcast advertising, promotions, in-store display, and more
  • Concept and execute digital content including website, digital advertising, social, ecommerce and video
  • Design captivating packaging
  • Lead or co-lead assignments with a high degree of autonomy, including collaborating directly with legal and outside vendors
  • Communicate creative ideas and a well-developed point of view to internal team, clients, and external partners
  • Enable success in other team members by sharing knowledge and inviting co-ownership


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer communications


Other

  • Creative agency experience is preferred
  • Experience executing and supervising a wide range of design creative assignments — from packaging, to print and broadcast advertising and digital is preferred


The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
