Deliver outstanding customer service at live events, retail activations, and community pop-ups
Represent top consumer brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a people-first attitude
Engage face-to-face with customers, answer questions, and provide helpful product or service information
Assist with event setup, merchandising, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and insights to improve campaign results
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution and a great customer experience
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, and reliable — especially for evening and weekend events
Team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer satisfaction
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required)
Weekly pay with bonuses and performance-based incentives
