We’re optimists for change and we help clients initiate, navigate and benefit from transformation. Our optimism transforms outcomes.

Sia Experience is the marketing and creative pillar of Sia. We thrive at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and marketing communications. Our end-to-end solutions blend category-leading design, technology, and strategic insight to craft transformative experiences and connectivity. Our agency X consulting model is big enough to deliver, and small enough to be nimble.

Job Description

You’ve led campaigns. Now you’re ready to lead producers.
Sia Experience — the creative and marketing arm of global consultancy Sia — is hiring an Executive Producer to own delivery across high-volume, fast-paced, and integrated campaigns. You’ll oversee cross-vertical projects, manage budgets and scopes at scale, and lead our team of producers — setting the pace, ensuring excellence, and keeping momentum high across clients and deliverables. This is a strategic, top-of-production role for someone who excells in motion and knows how to drive impact while steering the full production function.

We’re not a holding company agency. We move faster, partner closer, and deliver work that matters. If you're an emerging EP (1–2 years in) or a seasoned Senior Producer (4+ years) ready to step into team leadership and own delivery end-to-end, we’d love to consider you for the role. We’re looking for digital-first leaders who’ve thrived in fast-paced ad agency environments and are ready to lead the charge.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Complex Campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of web, social, app, and integrated brand campaigns. From SOW to wrap-up, you ensure excellence, efficiency, and impact.
  • Oversee Producers: Guide, coach, and QA the work of mid-level and senior producers. You lead by example, with an eye on both team growth and creative delivery.
  • Act as Client Anchor: Build trusted relationships and lead strategic conversations. You anticipate needs, prevent issues, and drive toward outcomes that clients love.
  • Own Budgets & Resourcing: Estimate accurately, staff smartly, and keep margins intact. You know how to stretch a budget without compromising quality.
  • Elevate Process: Streamline workflow, spot inefficiencies, and implement improvements that help both internal teams and external partners thrive.

What Success Looks Like

The team feels sharper, faster, and more confident because you’re here. Internal friction is down, momentum is up, and we’re winning more trust — and more work — from clients. You’ve raised the bar without burning anyone out. People know where we're headed, why it matters, and how to get there together. Your leadership shows up not just in what gets done, but in how people feel doing it.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years as an Executive Producer or 4+ years as a Senior Producer in an ad agency setting
  • Experience with project management leadership of cross-functional creative teams across digital and content-heavy campaigns
  • Mastery of digital deliverables — websites, social, apps, motion, emerging tech — and understanding of what it takes to bring them to life
  • Strong client rapport-building skills and the ability to hold a room, virtually or in person
  • A builder’s mindset: you’ve improved process, built team culture, or helped shape client expectations
  • Budget fluency: you know what things cost, how long they take, and how to deliver on time and on budget
  • Bonus: experience with Kantata, UX/UI fluency, and familiarity with agency financial operations
  • Bachelor's degree required
