You'll be an essential part of our unique, collaborative care team, working alongside licensed, provisionally licensed, and unlicensed staff, as well as nurse practitioners. This integrated approach ensures that our clients receive comprehensive, seamless care, removing the obstacles that often hinder mental health treatment. Your expertise, empathy, and innovative spirit will enable you to make a profound impact on the lives of our clients and their families, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable mental health care system.
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate clinical counseling, diagnostic interviews, assessments, and develop and deliver personalized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
Deliver evidence-based individual therapy, Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST), and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) as assigned.
Offer supportive supervision to provisionally licensed and unlicensed staff, fostering their professional growth.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary care team to create customized treatment plans and ensure holistic client care.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
Act as an advocate for mental health awareness and equitable access to care within the community.
What You'll Bring:
A Master's Degree in Counseling (MC), Social Work (MSW), Clinical Psychology (MCP), Family Therapy (MFT), Health Counseling (MHC), or Science/Psychology (MSPSY) from an accredited university.
A current Louisiana license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Preferred: 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in an outpatient setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on professional and clear communication with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, telemedicine services, and other relevant software programs.
Ability to pass all federal and state background checks, with educational and work history verification in accordance with company policies.
