You will manage a team and more complex processes for EDI Technology and LincSmart Integrations operations. You will lead a team to provide timely and accurate service delivery & support to ensure clients' overall service needs are met. **What you'll be doing** + Manages a team and more complex processes to provide guidance and ensure successful service delivery for assigned areas of EDI & Integrations responsibility. + Leads team to serve as a resource on more complex EDI issues, including but not limited to custom installations, more complex data mapping & translation, historical insertions/takeover files, and feeds involving multiple platforms. + Oversees successful delivery on more complex API integrations and ensures clients' overall service needs are met. + Reviews and resolves more complex escalated issues & concerns for EDI Technology & Integrations. Escalates issues to more senior management as needed. + Leads team to review more complex plan designs and develop comprehensive documentation of all tasks & milestones for successful API integrations. + Leads team in research to stay up to date on latest trends & developments related to API integrations. + Builds and maintains relationships with cross-functional business partners & leaders, including Product Owners, Project Managers, and IT to collaboratively develop recommendations for technical designs, capabilities, and strategic enhancements. + Partners with external customers and third-party vendors to develop and implement integration plans. + Seeks new functionality and enhancements to current API solutions and leads change management to improve efficiency & effectiveness of integrated systems. + Provides more senior management with periodic summaries of trends & issues, including more complex analysis & metrics regarding activities and performance. + Champions initiatives & facilitates adoption of API solutions & enhancements through communication, education, and training. + Provides timely and accurate information to more senior management to support budget creation and monitoring. **What we're looking for** _Must-Haves:_ + 5+ Years of experience in the benefit technology, enrollment, integrations, or other experience directly aligned to the specific duties of this role, including 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience. + 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) **Application Deadline** Applications for this position will be accepted through 6/6/2025 subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. **What's it like to work here?** At Lincoln Financial, we love what we do. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
