Your Role:
As a Mental Health Therapist on our team, you will:
Provide high-quality therapy and assessment services to individuals, children, adolescents, and families in a private, outpatient setting.
Develop and cultivate your own professional brand and niche, allowing you to specialize in areas that resonate with your expertise and passion.
Collaborate with our team to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma within our community.
Utilize your expertise in evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or others, to effectively address the diverse needs of your clients.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
What We're Looking For:
Licensure: You must hold a full and active license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),1 or possess a PhD in a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, ideally in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings.
Versatility: You should be comfortable and experienced in providing therapy to individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Clinical Expertise: A strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities is essential.
Communication & Organization: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the team.
Technological Proficiency: Experience with EHR systems for efficient and accurate documentation is required.
Compensation & Schedule:
Compensation: Earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked.
Contractual Agreement: This is a 1099 subcontractor position.
Schedule: Full-time positions are available, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Location: Fully remote.
