Orthodontic Dental Assistant – Full-Time  Opportunity

Work-Life Balance
Experienced orthodontic dental assistants are encouraged to apply, as we offer competitive pay based on skills and experience. Starting pay is $19/hour for those new to the field, with higher compensation for qualified candidates with dental assisting experience.

Enjoy a 4-day work week, with Monday's off, plus bonus opportunities for picking up shifts on your day off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Take dental x-rays and impressions, following all safety protocols.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care, including the use of retainers and proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Foster a positive experience for patients through excellent care and communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous orthodontic assistant experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment is preferred.
