This is a remote position.

Paradigm is searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Type: 12 months

Location: Remote | USA

As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will:

• Conduct software testing to identify and resolve defects
  
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases
  
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met
  
• Perform test automation and software quality assurance (SQA) activities
  
• Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software quality
  
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the quality assurance team
  

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  
• Experience working in Agile-Scrum process
  
• Familiar with Database access using tools to review test results
  
• Strong functional testing knowledge and concepts
  
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  
• Experience in testing .NET applications
  
• Experience working in Automation tools like Playwright explorer
